Partners, Charles N. J. Ruggiero and Terrence J. McAllister, were in Boston May 22-27, 2010 representing the firm at the INTA132nd Annual Meeting.  Both Charlie and Terry met with patent and trademark colleagues from our established global network to discuss recent developments, updates and changes in laws and IP practice in the US and around the world.  

These networking meetings, with Charlie concentrating on patent matters and Terry addressing trademark practices, assist us in learning about significant issues impacting IP rights abroad and allow us to in turn provide comprehensive advice and counsel on IP issues that happen not just here in the US, but anywhere in the world.  We are able to handle IP related issues on a global basis, using the combined skills of our attorneys and paralegals and the expert IP foreign associates which are part of our network.
