Ms. Wingood’s practice at OGRP has been directed to patent application
preparation and prosecution, as well as opinion matters. Prior to
attending law school, Ms. Wingood was employed as a Patent Examiner at the
United States Patent and Trademark Office for nearly eight years, where she was
assigned to prosecuting applications in the area of medical diagnostic equipment
and biomedical sensors. Previously she was employed as an engineer at
Westinghouse Electric Corporation, designing components for radar applications
and later marketing software, electric vehicle technology and other technologies
to local governments and to the federal government.
